Micro-hydro power generation, it’s not just for the big boys!

Micro-hydro power systems can be installed to serve only a small remote cabin or to serve an entire community. They can be a very cost effective solution where solar or other forms of renewable power generation are not feasible or practical. Some systems can be purchased for less than $5000 (US) and can generate enough power for a typical home.
